Are Spirits my Imagination?

Yes..... and No.

The Spirits are beyond and before our imagination.  They join with us, with our permission, to use our imagination as a tool for communication.  This can be difficult for us, especially brought up in Britain or elsewhere in the 'West' where the logical left brain is given dominance.  But what better tool of communication than the interactive medium of the brain!  The images we see and the sensations we feel are the foundation of their work with us.   In the journey we really feel the fur of the animal that helps us, we smell the rain freshly fallen on the soil, we hear the birds as the fly past, we shiver as a cold wind blows through us, we taste the sea salt in the air, we laugh at an unpredictable, surprise event.  We know what has happened is important.  

Invariably these experiences are more powerful than 'just' our imagination.  The Spirits join with us to use our imagination to give us insight, healing, teachings and truth.  We find that insights come true, reassuring us and helping us.  They are not just mental, but often emotional and physical experiences which connect us with our whole being.

When we're ready, the Spirits take us safely to find our deeper truths and to connect with the path that has the most meaning for us in this life.
