My work is to plant the seed for your own growth in connection with my own Spirits.  I believe everyone has the power to heal themselves in connection with their Spirits.  I simply create the space for the magic - your magic - to be held.

I have trained extensively with Jonathan Horwitz, at the Scandinavian Centre for Shamanic Studies.  I have also trained with many other groups and individuals, and from time to time run my own courses, or assist on workshops run by others. Keen to link the realm of the heart with the realm of the mind, in 2005 I conducted research at the University of Westminster, as part of a BSc course in classical homoeopathy which is a form of spirit medicine, investigating researching remedy properties ('provings') using the shamanic journey.  I am now a practising homoeopath - a path suggested and developed by my spirit helpers.  In both areas of work I meet regularly with elders and peers to help me develop a deeper understanding of what is happening in my work with others, and to allow me to bring these teachings back to my clients, as well as working on my own personal growth and development.
